Delivery & production
Every calendar is made to order for one specific bloke, so production time comes before delivery time.
Version 1.0 · Effective 19 September 2026
Where we ship
We deliver to UK addresses. Delivery is FREE, and every calendar is dispatched from the UK. Made in the UK and Europe.
The four stages of your order
- Artwork — after payment, thirteen personalised images are created for your order.
- Review — we look over every image, regenerate anything that misses the mark, and release the print file.
- Printing — the calendar is printed, trimmed and wire bound to order.
- Transit — the parcel is handed to the carrier and travels to you.
Stages 1 and 2 are usually quick. Printing and transit are the longest part, and the exact time depends on where you are.
Our delivery promise, and what happens if we're late
FREE UK delivery in 3–5 business days. That's the delivery time we aim for on every order, and we won't promise a time we can't meet.
If we find out we can't dispatch in time:
- we email you a delay notice with a revised dispatch date and your right to cancel for a full refund;
- for a first, definite delay of up to 30 days, if you don't reply we may treat that as agreement to wait — but you can still cancel any time before dispatch;
- for a longer delay, an indefinite delay, or any second delay, we need your express agreement, and if we don't get it we refund you promptly without you having to ask;
- refunds for goods not yet dispatched go back to your original payment method.
We don't treat an order-status page as a delay notice. If we're running late, we email you.
Delivery cost
Delivery is FREE to UK addresses. Where a special offer has conditions or an end date, those are stated with the offer.
Packaging and tracking
Calendars ship flat and protected — never rolled or folded. Where tracking is available on your service, we email you the number when the parcel ships.
Delays outside our control
Carrier delays, weather, transport disruption, peak-season volume, incorrect addresses and failed delivery attempts can all affect arrival. We'll keep you posted and resume as soon as we can. This doesn't affect your right to a refund for goods we haven't dispatched.
Lost or damaged parcels
Our responsibility doesn't simply end when we hand the parcel over.
- Damaged on arrival — send us photos and we'll reprint or refund. We pay return postage if we ask you to send anything back.
- Never delivered — we investigate with the carrier and then reprint and reship or refund. We won't ask you to photograph a parcel you never received, and we don't make the carrier's conclusion a condition of putting it right.
- Marked delivered but missing — tell us and we'll help; we may ask you to check with neighbours or the delivery location first.
Full detail is in our Refund & Quality Policy.
The address you enter
Please check the street address, flat or house number, town or city, county and postcode before paying. If a parcel can't be delivered because the address was wrong or incomplete, a replacement may require new production and delivery costs.
